My Top 10 Favorite Du’a from the Quran
The most powerful weapon a believer has is Du’a. If you had a choice to get a powerful weapon or a weak weapon, which would you want? It is said that the Du’a is like an arrow. The stronger the arrow and the strength, the farther it will go. Here a list of some of my favorite Du’a.
-
“Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people.” (Al- Baqarah 2:286)
-
“Our Lord, pour upon us patience and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.” (Al- Baqarah 2:250). The people made this du’a when they saw Jalut (Goliath) and his soldiers in front of them on the battlefield.
-

-
Our Lord, forgive us our sins, and wipe out our evil deeds and make us die with the truly pious.’ (Al- Imran 3:193)
-

-
My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my house a believer and the believing men and believing women. And do not increase the wrongdoers except in destruction.” (71:28) This Du’a was said by Nuh (as).
-
