10 Companions Promised Paradise

This series by Shaikh Omar Suleiman describes the ten Sahabah (RA) promised paradise as listed by the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

While many kids look up to superheroes and sports stars, Muslims kids should look up to these men and see them as true heroes. They were real life superstars and we should all try to be like them, Insha’Allah. The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) loved them and promised that they would go to paradise, but even after knowing this, they still strived to spend their lives serving Allah and earning that Paradise. They did so much for the Ummah and the world.

From leading the Ummah to risking their lives for Islam to traveling for spreading the message of Islam and building mosques all over the world including China, these men (RA) dedicated their lives for Allah. In return, Allah gave them victory, power, and endurance. We remember them and tell their stories so that we will love them, learn from their lives, and find out what truly impresses Allah!

My Sister and I did a project on them for our local mosque. The Imam asked the kids to bring The Ten Sahabah Promised Paradise’s names to present in front of everyone. We came up with these art pieces. This series helped us get to know them better and to complete our project. I built the mobile with ten strands for their names on them and my sister made the flower with ten petals for their names. We have put them in our rooms to remind us of these ten great heroes. They are our inspiration!
